Version: founding-partner-2026-08-29 · Effective August 29, 2026
The partner is an independent marketing partner, not an employee, agent, lender, financing broker, dealer, or representative authorized to bind Simple Lend Marketplace. The partner may introduce prospective dump-truck buyers through an approved link, code, keyword, or form. The partner may not quote, recommend, negotiate, or explain a specific rate, term, down payment, approval likelihood, lender, or financing product.
Simple Lend Marketplace is a used-equipment marketplace and financing broker. Financing is optional and, when requested, is arranged through independent lending or leasing providers. Those providers—not Simple Lend Marketplace or the partner—make all credit and terms decisions.
The pilot runs for 12 weeks from the partner's activation date. Valid referrals receive a 180-day attribution window. The initial territory is the United States. There is no exclusivity unless separately agreed in writing.
No compensation is earned for impressions, clicks, raw names, copied contact lists, financing applications, approvals, rates, loan amount, loan terms, or referrals that are duplicate, fraudulent, self-referred, outside the approved territory, or missing consent.
The first valid partner code captured on the prospect's self-submitted Simple Lend Marketplace form controls attribution for 180 days. A prospect already present in Simple Lend Marketplace's CRM or contacted by Simple Lend Marketplace within the preceding 180 days is not commissionable unless Simple Lend Marketplace pre-approves the referral as a reactivation. Simple Lend Marketplace's CRM record is the system of record. Portal reporting is provided for transparency and may be delayed or corrected during reconciliation. Attribution disputes must be raised through the portal or in writing within 30 days of the monthly statement.
Simple Lend Marketplace will make monthly statements available through affiliate.simplelend.co. Approved amounts are payable within 15 days after month-end once the qualifying event is verified. Portal balances marked pending are estimates and are not earned or payable until approved. A completed-purchase payout requires collected funds and a completed closing. Amounts caused by fraud, duplicate attribution, reversal, chargeback, or a transaction that does not complete may be withheld or offset. The partner must provide a completed W-9 or applicable W-8 before payment and is responsible for its own taxes.
No audience offer or buyer incentive is currently active for the pilot. Any future audience offer would not be cash, would have no residual value, would apply once per completed purchase, and would not be active — or promotable by the partner — until Simple Lend Marketplace approves it in writing and confirms it to the partner.
Every endorsement must clearly disclose the relationship in plain language. Approved baseline: “This is a paid Simple Lend Marketplace partnership. I may earn a commission if you submit an inquiry or purchase through my link.” Video disclosures must be spoken and shown on-screen near the endorsement; caption disclosures must appear before truncation. #ad or #sponsored may supplement, but not replace, the plain-language disclosure.
The partner may use only the current Simple Lend Marketplace claims guide. The partner must not say or imply “in-house financing,” guaranteed approval, no-credit-check approval, lowest rate, instant funding, inspected/certified trucks, warranty, ownership of listed trucks, guaranteed condition, guaranteed income, or guaranteed business success.
Prospects must submit their own information directly to Simple Lend Marketplace. The partner may not upload, sell, or transmit lists of names or phone numbers; collect Social Security numbers, IDs, bank statements, financing applications, or other sensitive documents; impersonate a prospect; create fake or duplicate leads; bid on Simple Lend Marketplace trademarks in paid search; use spam, robocalls, purchased lists, or misleading content; or make statements that violate platform rules or law.
The first integration and any content discussing financing require written pre-approval. Simple Lend Marketplace grants a limited, revocable right to use approved names, links, codes, and creative during the pilot. The partner must correct or remove inaccurate or noncompliant content promptly after notice. Simple Lend Marketplace may reuse approved partner content only with separate written permission unless the campaign brief expressly grants usage rights.
Either party may end the pilot at any time. Simple Lend Marketplace may suspend tracking or payment immediately for fraud, privacy violations, misleading financing claims, nondisclosure, platform violations, or brand misuse. Properly earned, verified compensation through the termination date remains payable; no new attribution begins after deactivation.
Simple Lend Marketplace may provide the partner with invite-only access to affiliate.simplelend.co to retrieve links, view aggregated traffic, review masked referral statuses, monitor commissions, and download statements. Credentials are personal and may not be shared. The partner must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Portal data may not be scraped, reverse engineered, or used to identify prospects. Simple Lend Marketplace may suspend portal access to protect the program or investigate misuse without forfeiting properly earned, verified compensation.
These are the current terms of the founding-partner pilot, identified by the version above. Simple Lend Marketplace may issue an updated version — including changes requested by counsel or by participating lending and leasing providers — and will notify active partners of any new version. A partner's acceptance is always recorded against the specific version displayed at acceptance. These terms are a business agreement and are not legal, tax, or financial advice.
