Partner Network · Onboarding Playbook

Welcome aboard. Here's how you get paid.

You know people who buy dump trucks. Simple Lend Marketplace connects buyers with sellers of used Class 8 dump trucks and provides financing brokerage through independent providers. This playbook covers the money, what to share, and exactly what we promise each other.

up to $500
per referred buyer

Every time someone you send becomes an accepted qualified buyer — a real, new prospect who submits an inquiry on Simple Lend Marketplace and passes our review — you earn $50. When that same buyer completes a funded truck purchase through us, you earn $450 more. Your founding-pilot agreement also includes a one-time $150 bonus for your approved, disclosure-compliant first integration.

No cap on how many buyers you can send. You can watch every referral move through review in your portal in real time, and every credited event appears on your statement like any other commission. Final amounts are confirmed in your Partner Terms.

Your first 15 minutes

1

Accept your invitation

Use the link in your approval email to create your login. That account is your key to the partner portal.

2

Open your portal

Sign in at affiliate.simplelend.co — your dashboard for clicks, referrals, earnings, and monthly statements, all verified against our books.

3

Copy your link

It's on the dashboard: simplelend.co/r/your-code. This exact link is how every dollar finds its way to you — always share it, never the plain website address.

4

Send your tax form

Email your W-9 (or W-8 outside the US) to support@simplelend.co. You can earn without it, but we can't pay you until we have it.

5

Share once, today

Post your link with a genuine word about why you'd point a buyer here. Partners who share in the first day are the ones still earning in month six.

How tracking works — the honest version

When someone clicks your link, we set a secure cookie that remembers you for 180 days. If they come back any time in those six months and submit an inquiry, that referral is yours.

They clicked your link — today or four months ago — then submitted a viewing request, financing inquiry, or offer themselves.

They clicked on their phone at the job site, went home, and inquired later from the same phone. Same browser, same cookie, still yours.

Someone who was already in our system before your click — existing buyers belong to no one. First relationship wins.

Another partner reached them first. First click wins for the full 180 days — we never reassign a buyer between partners.

Privacy, both ways
You'll never see your referrals' names, numbers, or finances — each one appears in your portal as a reference code like 7FA9DE7F. Quote that code to support and we can trace everything.

What to share with your community

You were invited because your audience trusts you on dump trucks. Keep that trust — talk the way you actually talk, and only say things you'd say without a commission. All wording must follow the Creator Claims Guide; here are approved shapes to start from:

The straight recommendation
“If you're looking for a used Class 8 dump truck, Simple Lend Marketplace lists seller-owned trucks and can broker financing through independent lending and leasing providers — the provider makes the approval decision. This is a paid Simple Lend Marketplace partnership. I may earn a commission if you submit an inquiry or purchase through my link: simplelend.co/r/your-code”
The specific-truck spot
Share a listing that genuinely fits your audience — a tandem for local aggregate runs, a tri-axle for heavier hauls — through your link, with your honest take. Trucks are seller-owned and sold as-is, so point buyers to the listing details and remind them they can arrange an independent inspection.
The answer in the comments
When someone in your group asks “where do I even find a decent dump truck with financing?” — that's your link's moment, with the disclosure right there in the reply.

Where it fits: Facebook dump truck and construction-hauling groups, YouTube descriptions and pinned comments, newsletters, podcast show notes, WhatsApp and Telegram operator communities, your bio links. Anywhere your people already ask you truck questions.

Rules of the road

1 · Always disclose
US law (FTC) requires it, and your audience deserves it. Use this sentence near the first endorsement, every time — spoken aloud and on screen for video: “This is a paid Simple Lend Marketplace partnership. I may earn a commission if you submit an inquiry or purchase through my link.”
2 · Never promise financing
Financing decisions are made by independent providers — not by us, not by you. Never state or imply guaranteed approval, specific rates, down payments, or terms, not even as a hook. This is the fastest way to lose your spot in the program.
3 · Real buyers only
No self-referrals, no paying people to submit inquiries, no spam blasts, no collecting lead data yourself, no bidding on brand terms in ads. Fabricated referrals are reversed and end the partnership.

The full rules live in the Partner Terms and the Creator Claims Guide — ten minutes of reading that keeps you safe.

Getting paid

As it happens

Accepted referrals appear in your portal with a pending $50 estimate. Pending means “counted, awaiting money review.”

On approval

Our finance review turns pending into approved — real earnings. Your portal's earnings figure is always the verified number, straight from our books.

Monthly statement

Each calendar month (Eastern Time) closes with a statement: opening balance, earnings, payments, closing balance — every referral listed by its reference code. Print it or save it as a PDF from the portal.

Payment

Approved balances are paid within 15 days after month-end once your tax form is accepted. Every payment shows on your statement with its method and reference number.

If something looks wrong

You have 30 days from each statement's publication to raise a discrepancy — the statement has a one-click email link with the reference pre-filled. We acknowledge within two business days.

Questions partners actually ask

When exactly do I earn the $50?
When our team accepts your referral as a qualified buyer, a pending $50 appears in your portal immediately. It becomes payable once finance review approves it, and it's paid with your next monthly statement cycle.
My reader clicked but their referral isn't showing. Why?
Three common reasons: they were already in our system before your click, another partner reached them first, or they haven't actually submitted an inquiry yet — clicks alone don't create referrals. If none of these apply, email support with roughly when they clicked and we'll check the trail.
Do buyers pay more because I referred them?
No. Your commission comes out of our side. Buyers see the same seller-owned trucks at the same prices either way — which is exactly why you can recommend us with a straight face.
Can I run paid ads with my link?
Organic sharing with your own audience, yes. Paid media needs written approval first, must carry the disclosure, and bidding on Simple Lend Marketplace brand terms is never allowed. See the Claims Guide.
What happens if a referral is reversed?
Occasionally a referral turns out to be invalid — a duplicate, a test, a fraud signal. The commission is reversed and the reason appears in your ledger in plain language. Reversals after a statement is published show as an adjustment on your next statement, so nothing changes retroactively.
