Buying Safely on Simple Lend Marketplace

A photo from a real listing does not prove that the person contacting you owns the truck or represents Simple Lend Marketplace. Before paying or booking travel, contact our team through simplelend.co and confirm the listing and transaction details.
Verify the person, not just the photo
A photo from a real listing does not prove that the person contacting you owns the truck or represents Simple Lend Marketplace. Before paying or booking travel, contact our team through simplelend.co and confirm the listing and transaction details.
Photos from our listings and advertisements have been reused in impersonation attempts. A familiar logo, copied listing description or recorded walkaround can be reproduced elsewhere. Open our website independently instead of relying on a link or phone number supplied in an unexpected message. Save the suspicious listing URL and screenshots so our team can check what you saw.
Pause when details do not match
An unusually low price, pressure to pay immediately, changing locations or refusal to answer verification questions should make you pause. None of those signs alone proves fraud, and an ordinary-looking price does not establish legitimacy. Confirm who is selling, where the truck is located, the VIN, and how the paperwork and payment instructions relate to that seller.
Request a live video viewing with specific questions about the truck. Match the VIN shown on the vehicle to the documents. Video is one piece of evidence, not proof of ownership or mechanical condition. Do not send a deposit to an unverified person or use payment instructions that our team has not confirmed through an independently obtained contact.
Independent inspection, at the provider’s quote
Inspection is offered on request. You pay the shop directly at the price they quote, and Simple Lend Marketplace makes nothing on this service. Ask the provider what their proposed scope includes, whether they can examine the truck’s specific systems, and how they will report limitations. A viewing and a mechanical inspection serve different purposes.
Trucks are sold as-is by their sellers. Simple Lend Marketplace is a marketplace and broker: we relay seller disclosures and help coordinate the process. We do not own, inspect, certify or warranty the trucks. Financing is arranged through outside lending partners, subject to their review and terms.
If you suspect impersonation
Contact our team through simplelend.co. Include the listing URL and what the sender asked you to do; do not send passwords, verification codes or full banking details. If money has already moved, contact your payment provider promptly and ask about the options available. Report the account to the platform where the message or listing appeared.
No process makes fraud impossible. Verification, written terms, independent inspection and a clear payment trail reduce uncertainty; they do not create a guarantee of condition or recovery. Stop the transaction when a material inconsistency remains unresolved.
