Your privacy matters to Simple Lend Marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse listings, request financing, contact a seller, or list a truck, how we use that information to provide and improve our services, and the choices you have over your data on simplelend.co.
We collect only what we need to operate the marketplace — such as your contact details, the information you provide in a financing application, and details about a truck you are buying or selling. We also collect basic usage information to keep the site secure and understand how it is used, so we can make the marketplace better for buyers and sellers.
We use your information to connect buyers and sellers, process financing applications, arrange delivery, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers, partners and advertising measurement providers needed to deliver and measure the services you request, such as lenders and delivery carriers. Letting advertising partners such as Google, Meta and Microsoft measure and target our ads through the tools on our site may count as sharing personal information for targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws. Visitors in the United States can opt out of that at any time with Your Privacy Choices in the footer of every page, and a browser's Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an opt-out; everywhere else those tools run only if you choose Accept All. The same choice covers the records of form submissions our servers send directly to Meta and PostHog: outside the United States, a form you submit before choosing Accept All, including while the cookie banner is still unanswered, is not sent to them, and the full policy explains how an opt-out keeps a form out of them. One of those service providers is Sentry, our error-monitoring tool: it loads on every page to capture the technical details of any crash or bug so we can fix them, and it sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Sentry can also record a visual replay of a session — a small sample of sessions, about 10%, plus any session in which an error occurs — to help us diagnose and fix problems, and, like Microsoft Clarity, that session replay is captured only if you choose Accept All, and never by default, in the United States or anywhere else. Otherwise Sentry reports errors but records no replay.

We collect only the data we need to run the marketplace. Account and contact details like your name, email, and phone let us reach you and manage your profile. Financing application information is required to assess and process a loan. Listing information covers the trucks sellers post. Usage and device data, such as pages visited and browser type, helps us keep the site working and understand what buyers are looking for.
We protect your information with encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and reputable infrastructure providers, and we limit who on our team can see sensitive records like financing details. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and to store personal data no longer than it's useful for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires, after which it's deleted or anonymized.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We do not sell your data for money. We share it to deliver what you asked for: with our financing brokerage team and independent lending or leasing partners when you request financing, with carriers when you arrange delivery, and with service providers who help us operate; and, as described above, with advertising partners to measure our advertising, which you can opt out of. Each receives only what's needed for that specific task, nothing more.
